Vedantic Practice 20 – Yoga of Objectivity by Bede Clifford

The yoga of objectivity is A WAY OF LIVING which lifts us out of the subjective way of living which we are normally enclosed in. Swami Dayananda used the term the Yoga of Objectivity as another name for Karma Yoga. The result of Karma Yoga or the Yoga of Objectivity is to release us from the emotional pressure of binding desires. Karma Yoga does not bring about freedom while living (moksha) but with living a life of Karma Yoga Moksha is simply not possible. Swami Dayananda made this point very clear.

Bede Clifford is a disciple of Swami Dayananda Saraswati & Swamini Atmaprakashananda. His interests are philosophy, sociology, psychology, comparative religion and Traditional Vedanta
